About the toolbars

From a Maximizer custom toolbar, you can launch other applications, such as your accounts software, or launch your browser and go to a specific website.

Occasionally when Maximizer is shut down abruptly the toolbars information is not saved correctly and the custom toolbars reset to a non-visible state.

This can be inconvenient for the workstation user.  However it is a relatively simple operation to restore the toolbar to visibility.

First click on the View menu and select the Toolbars option.

Second check the what the Visible setting is for each of the Custom toolbars.

If the Custom Toolbars are not set to visible you can change this by clicking on the Properties button and ticking the box marked Visible.

You can also accomplish the same thing in a quicker way be right clicking on the toolbars space in Maximizer and selecting the toolbar you would like to make visible from the list.

To minimise the chance of this occurring make sure Maximizer is shutdown from the File menu using the Exit command rather than clicking the Close Program 'X' in the top right-hand corner or by using Alt+F4.
