Export to Excel

Under recent versions of Maximizer you have had the ability to export data directly from Maximizer into Excel, this can speed up the handling of data for reporting purposes.

The Export to Excel button within Maximizer will export the currently selected records in the Maximizer window into Excel formatting each column in the Maximizer  window to a column in Excel.

For example to export a series of address book entries all you need to do is select those entries in the address book list, see the example below:


 And click the Export to Excel button shown here.   

This will then process the entries in the selected list and post them into Excel as shown below:

The Export to Excel function is not limited to just the Address Book records.  As shown below the Opportunity information exports as easily as Address Book records.  Customer Service Cases can also be exported in exactly the same way.
