Maximizer 8 Contacts window

The Maximizer 8 Contacts windows contain several changes and improvements designed to increase the ease of access to the information contained in your Maximizer.  One of these functions, that you may not have noticed previously is a row of buttons on the contacts window.



These buttons refer, in order left to right, to the Customer Service, Opportunities, Related Entries & Campaigns functions of Maximizer Enterprise 8.

If a particular contact or company has any of the previously mentioned entries against it and active the the buttons will enable themselves so you can click on them and immediately go to the correct tab within Maximizer.



In the example shown above the Company/Contact has active entries in both the Customer Service and Opportunity sections of Maximizer.
