CABC’s Other Info Window provides an extra tab in Maximizer alongside the Documents/UDFs/Notes tabs in Maximizer. 

The Other Info window will allow the user to add links between Maximizer Address Book entries and resources outside Maximizer.  The number of links you can create and subsequently follow are unlimited.

Linking Resources

The creator of a link in the Other Info Window will be able to add:

a link to an external resource;

a description of the resource;

keywords for that resource. 

The Other Info Window supports the creation of links to the following resources:

	Windows Folders - Link any Address Book entry to any accessible folder on the network or local disk drive.
	Files - Link any Address Book entry to any accessible file on the network or local disk drive.
	Microsoft Exchange Folders - Link any Address Book entry to any accessible folder in Microsoft Exchange.

Following a Link

Once a link has been created, the user can open the resource by double-clicking on the link in the Other Info Window.

Searching

Users will be able to search the Other Info Window across all Address Book Entries.  The Other Info Window supports searching by Keyword and by Description.
