New and improved Maximizer integration with QuoteWerks

Those of you who are users of both QuoteWerks, the sales quoting and ordering software, Maximizer can now access your customer data direct from QuoteWerks for even more efficient quotes preparation.

This new integration functionality adds significantly to QuoteWerks' capacity to produce a quote simply and easily while saving hours of management time. It allows Maximizer to be searched from with QuoteWerks for lead and customer information - companies, individuals and contacts - and for this to be incorporated directly into a quote. Almost any other information from Maximizer can also now be automatically pulled into the quote using the new DataLink feature.                                                    Click here to enlarge image

Here is a summary of what the new Maximizer integration allows you to do when working in QuoteWerks:

-    Search for companies, individuals or contacts in Maximizer

-    Synchronize linked documents, newly created or updated by QuoteWerks, with Maximizer

-    Retrieve terms and conditions, shipping and other relevant information from Maximizer and
     incorporate it into the quote

-    Include Maximizer-held contact data in quote print-outs
