Territory Management Software for Maximizer

Territory Master offers an easy way of designing and managing sales territories. It covers the whole of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and bases its territory schemes on the UK postal code system.

Use Territory Master to:

• Create sales territories
• Organise salesmen’s accounts
• Allocate leads.

How does it work?

Territory Master has two components:

• The Administrator Program - With this program you can design your territories, apply batch database updates, and print territory reports.
• The Client Software - A Maximizer button that allocates new Maximizer records to the correct territory.

Territory Master will allow you to set up a range of territory schemes, based on postcode information. It displays the built-in list of UK postal towns on which any scheme will be based, and works by a process of exclusion. Any postcode area you exclude from a main region is added to the list of unallocated territory areas. So, for example, you can allocate L (Liverpool) in the northern territory but still give sub-region L1, or L1 to L4, or just L1 1AA to another territory. The territories are represented in user-defined fields in your chosen database.

The Client Button that runs in Maximizer is also supplied in OCX form, allowing you to include Territory Allocation in your own bespoke forms (e.g. a Maximizer Address-book hook.)

The administrator program contains a shortcut option for producing "quick territories", allowing you to quickly select all the major postal towns in the main regions of the UK.

Territory Manager contains two standard reports:

The Territory report (i.e. what is in each territory)

The Postcode report (i.e. which territory a postcode is in)

Territory Master is designed for use with Maximizer Enterprise 5.0 data, which must contain postcodes. Licences are initially for installation of the administrator program on 1 PC and the client on 10 PCs.
